Our Coaches
Hi Crofton Crocs Community! My name is Evan Graham and I am happy to taking on my second season as head coach for the Crocs. It will be my fifth year coaching with the team as I’ve been helping out as a junior coach in years past. I’ve also been a part of the team since I was 9 and I strive to bring all the fun and joy that I’ve had over my years as a Croc back to the team! I am a rising Junior at Gettysburg College studying Data Science, and I am a part of my school's swim team as well! As a student athlete I have obtained 3 NCAA All-American Honors, placing 7th, 10th and 6th in my 3 events. I've also obtained 4 conference records, 6 team records, won Swimmer of the Year, and previously won Rookie of the Year for my athletic conference. I swim most events, but focus on IM and backstroke. I am so happy to continue with this wonderful team this summer and I cannot wait for all the memories we will make! See you all soon and Go Crocs!!

Hi! My name is Emily Krucoff and I will be one of your Assistant Coaches for the 2026 season. I am currently a rising junior at Marist University where I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Cognitive Science and Philosophy. I am also a member of the Division 1 Swim & Dive program at Marist, where I specialize in the distance and breast stroke events (500 Free, 1650 Free, 200 Breast). I was a member of the Crofton Crocs for 14 years and I was an assistant coach last season. I am looking forward to a great summer!
